Pie Crust (adapted from America's Test Kitchens)

6.25 oz all purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

3/4 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons shortening

6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into chunks

3-4 tablespoons cold water

Crumble Topping

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

dash of salt

1/3 cup butter, cold
